to the following conditions.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit Card Payment Information Sonic Cathedral reserves the right to hold
shipments until credit-card verification can be obtained. Due to increased
credit card fraud and identity theft, we consider ourselves responsible for
verifying payment information before shipping orders. We think our customers
will appreciate the extra effort we make to prevent this kind of crime.
By making payment with a Visa or MasterCard, cardholders authorize Sonic
Cathedral to charge said account the amount of sale, plus any related fees.
Processing and completing an order through our online store or via email or
other communication gives express consent and is considered your signature.
Your Billing address MUST MATCH the address your credit card statement is
mailed to. If this information does not match, your order will not be sent until
verification can be made.
Sonic Cathedral is not responsible or liable in any way, implied or
otherwise, for fraudulent credit card use. Every reasonable effort will be made
to verify accurate information in connection with processing a credit card sale.
RETURNS
Items damaged during shipping may be returned for Store Credit only. Items
returned must be received BY Sonic Cathedral no later than 15 days after you
receive the item.
Sonic Cathedral WILL NOT reimburse you for the return shipping charges.
Please package any return with care, and in a manner similar to which it was
sent to you. Insurance is advised.
Sonic Cathedral is Customer Service Oriented. We will try to work with all of
our customers on any return merchandise issues.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Soniccathedral.com or send e-mails to us, you are
communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from
